ASSETS FOR SALE Court-Appointed Interim Receivership of Bridgeline Ropes Inc. Pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Madam Justice Hoy dated May 26, 2008, A. Farber & Partners Inc. was appointed as the Interim Receiver (the "Receiver") of all the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate of Bridgeline Ropes Inc. (the "Property"). Bridgeline Ropes Inc. ("Bridgeline") is a manufacturer of a wide variety of ropes and twines for hardware and marine applications, employing approximately 85 employees from owned premises in Deseronto, Ontario. The Interim Receiver is marketing the Property for sale. The deadline for submission of offers is 5:00 p.m. EST Friday, June 27, 2008. Parties interested in submitting an offer should first read familiarize themselves with the Offer Form, the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Stalking Horse Bid noted below. Interested parties will then be given a user name and password to access the Receiver's virtual data room with the Confidential Information which the interested party can review for its due diligence.
